Cranlana UI/UX website redesign
Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fostering values-driven leadership through philosophical inquiry and executive education.
Cranlana’s existing website was outdated and underperforming. It lacked a clear digital brand presence, didn’t reflect the recently developed secondary branding, and failed to articulate the value of their leadership programs. The site caused confusion for students and prospective business partners due to vague content, poor visual alignment, and weak program conversion paths.
We applied Crumb’s website engagement model, starting with a strategy sprint focused on business goals and KPIs, including conversions and digital campaign performance. We worked closely with the Cranlana team via asynchronous communication, which enabled fast iteration on both structure and messaging.
We prioritised building a clear, structured content architecture, followed by a visual and functional overhaul using the new branding. The team mapped out a phased roadmap, defining what needed to be delivered at launch and what could be rolled out post-launch.
We delivered a modernised WordPress website that elevates Cranlana’s online presence while supporting their strategic goals. The site is simple to navigate, aligned with their updated branding, and structured for performance. It introduces a more intuitive user experience, particularly across the Programs section.
Each program landing page was redesigned to clearly communicate purpose, format, timing, pricing, and pathways to apply—supported by FAQs, testimonials, and contextual content. The structure also accommodates business partnership opportunities and future program expansion. Behind the scenes, we laid the groundwork for SEO, analytics tracking, and campaign readiness.
Cranlana’s new site launched within 8 weeks and began delivering results immediately. With a modern layout, optimised program pages, and a scalable backend, the website now positions Cranlana as the trusted leader it is—both for students and partner organisations.
