OC Real Estate is a premium property agency serving Double Bay and Bondi. Following their rebrand, they needed a digital platform that could manage multi-office operations while maintaining a premium client experience.
OC’s old site was built on legacy code that had poor experience and was too complex to manage in-house. Even small updates could require a developer.
Following the top notch rebrand by our friends at Identity Marketing, the goal wasn’t just a new look-it was a full digital rebuild. The team needed a system that could connect seven APIs and still deliver a smooth experience with 10,000+ properties and over 150+ staff members.
We kicked off with brand and digital strategy workshops to align the site experience with OC’s new direction. Sitemap and UX sessions mapped how each audience would find what they need and convert. Co-designed wireframes in Figma and a running development backlog of features ensured the project would achieve the set goals.
We delivered a modern platform using Next.js and Sanity CMS. The system connects Property API, Domain Insights, AgentBox, REA reviews, live auctions, maintenance forms, and inspection reports - all working seamlessly across multiple offices. We built a custom CMS so the team can manage everything themselves.
The result: a scalable platform that works flawlessly, gives the team full control, easily add and edit content and maintains the premium feel their clients expect.
