Case study

Plansure

Plansure is a boutique financial planning firm in Adelaide. It started in 2000 when two advisers combined financial planning and insurance, which is where the name came from, and passed to director Cat Wells in 2015. Seven strategists and support staff now look after busy professionals, young families, business owners, and retirees across Australia.

Where we started

Plansure's old website was years out of date. It didn't work on a phone, it was technically poor underneath, and it did the one thing a financial planning site can't afford to do: it listed who Plansure were and which services they sold, then stopped.

Nothing about what makes them different, or what a client actually gets. Prospects arrived, read a services list that could have belonged to any planner in the state, and left with no reason to pick up the phone.

Where we started

Streetfleet had outgrown its website. The old site was dated, the CMS made simple updates hard, and the journey confused the site's two very different audiences: fleet decision-makers and novated lease drivers. Technical SEO problems held the site back in search, and enquiries arrived without proper capture or tracking, so leads slipped through.

How we tackled it

We started with discovery and strategy, mapping what fleet managers, drivers and employers each needed from the site before any design work began. From that groundwork we designed the UX and UI, working alongside WOAdvertising, who led the rebrand, so the new brand and new site landed as one.

The new site had to go live with it, in three months.

Our thinking

We ran discovery sessions with Cat and the team to work out what people are really buying. It isn't advice. It's peace of mind, and someone who takes the time to understand the life behind the numbers.

That reframed the site. Rather than describe services, we worked with Plansure to define and name their process: the Plansure Method, four steps from painting your vision through to implementing and tracking progress. We mapped the journey from first search to booked discovery call, then built every page to move someone further along it.

What we delivered

We wrote, designed, and built the site in Webflow. Four service pages covering wealth creation, self-managed super, future life planning, and legacy, each framed around a life goal instead of a product name. A method page that walks prospects through the process before they commit to a call. Team profiles that include what each person likes and dislikes, which does more for trust than another row of qualifications.

The Learn section runs on Webflow CMS with category filtering, so Plansure publish articles and update pages without a developer. We set the SEO groundwork at the same time: page titles, meta descriptions, and a structure built for local search.

What changed

Plansure now have a site that answers why someone should choose them, not just what they sell, and a named process they can point clients to in a first meeting. The team runs their own content. Delivered eight weeks from strategy to launch.
